Terms and Conditions
subscriptions
Subscriptions will automatically renew monthly, 3 monthly or 6 monthly depending on the plan you have chosen. You can cancel at any time before your next renewal. This can be done through your customer account. If you have any trouble cancelling your subscription please contact us and we can do this for you.
If you forget to cancel please contact us within 6 hours after the subscription has renewed and we can cancel and issue you a refund. Please note we will deduct 5% off the renewal price to cover our admin fee.
Refunds and Exchange Policy
Please contact us here at hello@littlehandslearning.co.uk if you are not satisfied with any items. We are always ready to help if you have a problem with your order.
You can return any items that you are not satisfied with within 28 days of delivery. The items must not have been used and be in new condition otherwise will be unable to refund your items. When you return items please include your contact details and your order number. Please include the reason for your return.
You will be responsible for paying the return postage for the items and we suggest you send it via a tracked service to ensure that it reaches us.
We will only replace items that are damaged or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us here or by sending us an email at hello@littlehandslearning.co.uk
Once we receive your items, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your items. We will also send you an email when your exchange or refund has been processed.
Post
All our boxes are sent Royal Mail Second Class and postage and packing are included within the price you see.

Our activity boxes are for personal use and can not be used for any commercial reasons. We will prosecute if we find these terms and conditions have been broken.

Prices for our products are subject to change at any time. This will not affect any existing subscription services.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime with notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
